Lead a high-performing team of product marketers, managing team performance and supporting career development and growth
Influence future product development with a stakeholder and user-centric perspective, in particular audience development, positioning and value prop frameworks, and roadmaps for early stage product explorations
Design and lead go-to-market strategy, tactics and execution in partnership with key stakeholders, such as Product Management, Marcom, Communications and Policy to ensure we achieve our business goals and objectives
While supporting the team, work hands-on with key stakeholders from Product and Cross Functional to advance key project milestones
Contribute to broader organization health through process improvement and community-building across product marketing and the Facebook Integrity organization
Develop a strategy to help integrity teams transparently communicate their work, report progress and collect feedback from both internal and external audiences
Navigate a highly ambiguous, cross-functional space with an eye towards long term goals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent product marketing experience
7+ years experience in software and/or hardware product marketing
2+ years people management experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams, either formally through reporting structure or informally through influence
Experience in the Trust, Safety, or Integrity space
Experience in Public Policy or Public Affairs
