Lead creative collaborations with product teams across the Family of Apps
Lead project discovery, planning, roadmapping, scoping, and drive end-to-end execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Meta to build a Minimum Viable Product and/or transition a Minimum Viable Product into a full launch Product
Establish relationships with other Meta teams in order to meet production goals and delivery
Understand technical projects, collaborating with Product Managers on product decisions related to design, engineering and metric goals
Prioritize product features, triage bugs and evaluate tradeoffs
Manage presentation and feedback cycles with key stakeholders
5+ years of experience in production (as an Integrated Producer and/or Product Manager)
Experience managing technical projects
Experience with software tools and building push cycles
Experience collaborating with Product Managers on product decisions related to design, engineering and metric goals
Experience working with software designers (UI/UX) and knowledge of UI/UX development
Experience in content production, specifically motion graphics and animation
Experience in the technology industry, whether in an agency, brand marketing, production vendor or start-up environment
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multitasking
Experience working autonomously in an ambiguous, start-up environment
Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of different teams
Experience analyzing abstract ideas, and turning them into actionable plans
Experience designing, documenting and clearly articulating a vision, and fully owning and driving consensus for that vision at all levels
Knowledge of Figma and/or programming languages
