Facebook App Looking For Program Analyst, Media Community Development at New York, NY Full Time

The Community Development team contributes directly to Meta’s mission by connecting media partners with their audiences, helping them meet their objectives through solutions across Meta family apps. We succeed when we help our partners grow their content business. The team is searching for an analyst to understand and quantify opportunities for delivering value to media partners and creators. This individual will leverage internal and external data sources to define program strategy, support and improve the team’s process, and measure program performance for future iteration, all with the goal of helping thousands of partners meet their desired outcomes. Ideal candidate is a team player and loves breaking down problems, building solutions, delivering actionable and data-driven insights, and working in a changing environment.

Program Analyst, Media Community Development Responsibilities:

Develop data centric strategies to drive effective scaled programs for partners across lead acquisition, product engagement and growth education.

Work with program managers and partner managers to help define strategy, create metrics to evaluate success and measure impact of outreach channels and service models for media partners.

Analyze and rigorously measure results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization of future programs and campaigns.

Understand partner performance, collaborating with key stakeholders to inform & understand analyses by providing suggestions for best metrics to be used.

Build data pipelines, queries, and reporting from multiple data sources (internal and external) to generate partner dataset for marketing and program managers to leverage.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA or BS degree

3+ experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)

3+ years of experience in data analytics roles

Experience working in organizations with cross functional teams

Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in dynamic environments

Experience in multi-tasking and adapting well to changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
A/B testing experience

Experience with programming languages such as R or Python to build statistical models

Experience at a consumer technology or media company

Experience in growing scalable programs for Sales or Partnerships teams

Strong presentation and communication skills
