Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and outsourced vendors to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
Become a subject matter expert in workflows spanning a variety of business integrity disciplines (policy creation & enforcement, content review, process optimization, spam research & mitigation, advertiser experience, vendor management) in order to effectively advocate for operational excellence of those workflows with key stakeholders (eg, Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional teams)
Be on the front lines of the workflow and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends and the impact of changes to all internal stakeholders
Develop and update project roadmaps including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, and information specifications
Identify trends to enhance support and detection processes and improve team efficiency
Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau and Excel to drive analytics and present operational insights
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:
Using data and providing practical business insights
Influencing strategy and business decisions with data and analyses
Working with international or cross-functional teams
Performing analytics work or manipulating data sets
SQL
Partnering with data science, business, operations, product, and engineering teams to develop, launch, and manage processes, frameworks, or products
Resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
Managing a programs or projects across matrixed, cross-functional partners against KPIs and milestones through to completion
