Meta is seeking a Program Manager for the NORAM Revenue Operations team. This individual will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment and are part of an atmosphere of constant improvement, where the way you do things today won’t necessarily be the same way you will be doing things one year from now. Four primary functions make up our OTC function – Credit, Billing, Collections and Cash Application. As a member of the Revenue Operations Team, you will be playing a critical role in shaping our processes and driving new programs in NORAM for the four functions above.The successful candidate will be a driven, energetic, self-starter, customer-oriented individual who has a history of cultivating collaborative cross-functional partnerships. The individual will be expected to demonstrate critical and creative problem-solving, lead projects and be solution oriented. The perfect candidate is also a results-oriented person who has demonstrated success in contributing to the growth and success of a business.

Responsibilities:
Independently plan, lead and execute projects and work-streams that drive alignment across the NORAM Revenue operation, facilitate decision making with cross functional teams and ensure our organization is effective, data-driven and impactful

Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Meta to strategically develop, implement and optimize our Revenue Operations projects in North America

Work with NORAM Revenue Operations Leads to develop and maintain our outsourcing strategy, and lead process optimization projects, and partner with Global team to streamline processes

Orchestrate NORAM Revenue Operations deliverables with peers, manager and global functions

Champion transformation projects or initiatives in the order-to-cash area as needed in North America

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business, or related field

Willingness to work independently and be self-motivated in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, with large scale and process driven efficiencies, while managing multiple projects

Experience leading cross-functional projects, proven success in project management and exhibiting judgment in decision-making

Proven record in identifying opportunities, proposing alternative solutions, and successfully realizing benefits of those solutions through implementation

Effective planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Significant experience in process improvements and operational excellence

Experience working in and influencing global cross-functional teams

Experience influencing at a leadership level

Experience shifting priorities and acting proactively, while maintaining organization and control

Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business, or related field
