Deliver program-level initiatives that enable SiteOps to operate effectively and efficiently, assuring the effectiveness of strategic planning, alignment, and optimization efforts.
Drive excellence in SiteOps through coordinating with key stakeholders to support execution of critical initiatives.
Coordinate regular planning follow ups for collaboration and accountability, assuring timely communications and high-value business updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consistent use of processes across teams and locations. Assure regular coordination and communication of key projects and tasks.
Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to collect and report programmatic data and surveys, identifying key strategic insights, and tailoring solutions to meet business needs.
Support strategic planning, development, and facilitation of key internal leadership and team meetings and events.
Build relationships and gain consensus with key stakeholders while focusing on executing timely solutions.
2+ years of marketing/business operations, communications, project management, or program management experience.
Experience operating in a high-growth environment and managing end-to-end projects from development to delivery.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organization and control.
Experience communicating key insights and business recommendations to non-technical audiences and working with technical management teams to help develop processes and solutions.
Experience navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Experience capturing complex concepts and communicating them to stakeholders effectively.
Organization, communication, and presentation experience.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with creating visual content and building team pages, presentations, and other artifacts in support of intra-team engagement and communications.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Basic Markup.
Demonstrated track record of launched projects.
