Become a subject matter expert in PayOps projects and processes in order to effectively advocate for operational excellence with key stakeholders (including leadership and cross-functional partners)
Effectively plan and manage complex end to end projects from the initial ideation phase through final execution
Proactively and effectively communicate status updates, risks and issues, trends, and the impact of changes to multiple audiences
Drive internal and external process improvements, consulting with cross-functional teams to understand needs and pain points related to tooling, agent strategy, training processes, escalations and customer experience
3+ years experience in project management
2+ years experience working with cross-functional partners
Experience independently managing end to end projects including stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and administrative tracking and coordination
Experience managing and maintaining project documentation and project management tools for stakeholders and leadership
Experience communicating and articulating complex situations
Experience prioritizing and making decisions in complex environments
Experience working in the financial services, payments, or commerce ecosystem (e.g., payment processing, payments risk/fraud operations, payments customer support, payments engineering)
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
