Partner with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we understand their hiring needs and goals, and deliverables.
Partner with Sourcers to develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing job requirements to determine target profiles.
Coordinate with recruiting teammates to streamline and innovate how we work with the business.
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally (Finance, HR, Compensation).
Maintain and leverage data, reports, and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed.
7+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience influencing leadership and executive teams.
Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities.
Experience developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans.
Experience solving problems.
10+ years of total experience with a mixture of professional services, consulting, and recruiting.
Experience with project and process management.
Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
