Lead vision and design of omni-channel branding and marketing strategies that engage and inspire our target audience and grow the top of our candidate funnel for early career audiences
Actively solve for scale and agility through building effective team operating models and processes
Champion diversity internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity, and inclusion across all elements and experiences
Be the expert consultative partner for early professional recruiting teams and other partners in helping them achieve their hiring targets
Build relationships with leaders across recruiting to influence roadmaps and decisions
Use data and reporting to inform decisions and regularly share results, insights, and impact with cross-functional partners and leadership
Lead and build high performing teams exhibiting strong people manager behaviors of showing care
10+ years of experience in marketing, and branding
3+ years People management and leadership experience
Experience building, optimizing and scaling marketing campaigns that improve acquisition, conversion and engagement using data-driven strategies
Experience using analytics to determine the impact and effectiveness of campaigns
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills and experience to prioritize amidst many moving pieces
Bias-to-action and focused on results
Experience in marketing to early career audiences
