Act as the program lead for UX Research’s learning and development program strategy and execution.
Build out a strategic plan and roadmap for researcher learning and development initiatives, leveraging different methods and building various experiences to support a globally distributed, hybrid (i.e. remote and in-person) team.
Maintain, refine and continually optimize UX Research learning and development programs and initiatives such as Continued Education, establishing success metrics and best practices.
Partner with UX Research and Research Ops teams on overall learning strategy and specific programs or initiatives.
Guide research instructors on facilitation best practices and optimal educational delivery methods.
Facilitate productive relationships, establishing regular meetings or integration points between teams or individuals.
Secure resources and raise risks and concerns to appropriate owners early, propose actionable recommendations and resolve potential roadblocks and issues that jeopardize progress.
Build processes and tools, implementing improvements to drive program quality and efficiency.
8+ years of program or project management experience.
2+ years experience creating learning and educational programs for teams, working with instructional designers, facilitators, organizational development consultants, learning strategists and/or organizational leadership.
Experience with learning methodologies and modalities.
Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility and experience identifying problems and proactively work towards solutions.
Experience communicating with data to drive change and articulating a vision that inspires change.
Communication skills to build relationships with and influence Researchers, cross-functional stakeholders, and leadership, listening to needs and synthesizing feedback to drive positive outcomes.
General knowledge of research and/or UX design.
