Meta is searching for a sourcing/procurement organization development and transformation subject-matter expert whom will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Meta’s Sourcing and BuyDesk, Procure-to-Pay, Contracts, Supplier Management, Travel, Expense & Corporate Card, Legal, Finance, HR, Learning & Development (“L&D”), and IT teams to drive on-going transformation of the Source-to-Pay (“S2P”) organization within Finance. This individual is responsible for identifying, scoping and leading key initiatives to improve processes and programs for global shared business services that enable S2P to scale and transform. The scope of these business services for this role include S2P’s talent management, learning & development, organization development/effectiveness, communications, as well as budget and workforce planning. This role requires someone who thrives in a flat, fast-moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas and quick iteration to make a significant impact.

Talent Management: Lead the design and delivery of S2P’s talent management strategy and programs (on-boarding, L&D, career development, and recognition programs among others) for S2P employees globally. Support S2P workforce planning.

Communications: Design and implement communications strategies for internal and external audiences. Work cross-functionally with S2P leadership and other stakeholders on communication goals, strategy, and how these initiatives impact our people. Execute against the plan with visual communications, where applicable.

Strategic and Operational Planning: Understand strategic business objectives and requirements in order to support and facilitate operational improvement initiatives and new program development. Meaningfully contribute to strategic planning/roadmap development efforts to transform the S2P organization from a tactical to a strategic operation.

Budget Forecasting/Management: Collaborate with FP&A stakeholders to oversee budget forecasting and planning, including facilitating annual budget development for the next fiscal year.

Global Business Services Transformation: Understand and evaluate current S2P business processes to achieve improved efficiencies, resource optimization and controls. Identify areas of opportunity and lead initiatives to address gaps and improve performance. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data, to see beyond the numbers, tell compelling stories with data, create business cases, and inform key S2P decisions.

Collaborative Relationships: Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to develop, implement and optimize processes and programs that enable the S2P operations to scale. Drive alignment around cross functional requirements. Collect and collate input from all S2P regions to ensure nuances, requirements and ideas are collated for all planning, design, controls and communications initiatives. Influence internal and external stakeholders to enable adaptation, understanding and overall operational excellence in all aspects of the business.

B.A. or B.S. degree in business, human resources, organization development, procurement, finance or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas of sourcing/procurement transformation, talent management, organization development, process re-engineering, and/or management consulting.

Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing operational improvements to existing communications and L&D initiatives through process redesign, program design, and technology enhancements.

Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Experience in presentation business case development using PowerPoint and GoogleSlides.

Proven track record of breaking down complex processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at local, regional and global levels.

Demonstrated organizational skills with experience balancing multiple initiatives at once and work autonomously.

Project and program management skills.

Solid knowledge of best-in-class sourcing/procurement processes/tools/talent programs.

Experience influencing stakeholders, improve processes, drive change & adoption in an environment of fast growth & ambiguity.

Experience building cross-functional relationships.

Management consulting experience in talent management, organization development or sourcing/procurement transformation.

Cross cultural and international experience.

In-depth understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.

Experience leading internal communications campaigns for in-person as well as remote audiences.

Knowledge in Tools: Asana, Cornerstone, Google Sites, Markdown (HTML & CSS).
