Define, design and implement scalable sourcing strategies for the People and Recruiting organizations across North America and in close partnership with international regions with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations
Mentor and grow geographically dispersed sourcing leaders to build inclusion across diverse teams and build a cohesive culture across the sourcing group
Champion career development strategies to grow the talent on our sourcing teams and strengthen their ability to drive greater impact to the business
Drive accountability to deliver against global organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams while increasing efficiency and productivity
Lead collaboration and innovative problem solving across cross-functional partners to develop and execute an attract strategy for People and Recruiting and across the broader global recruiting sourcing community
Utilize data to influence the overall recruiting strategy to increase effectiveness of various programs and initiatives
Build cross-functional relationships in order to influence global strategy across other Sourcing and Recruiting teams to scale Sourcing innovations outside of the People and Recruiting Sourcing Team
Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction
10+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
5+ years experience managing a team of sourcers and/or recruiters
4+ years of experience leading sourcing people leaders
Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change
Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams
Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders
Experience leading non-technical sourcers
