Responsible for day-to-day sourcing activities of data center new build and retrofit projects across multiple sites.
Ownership of Project request for proposals for Owner Furnished Contractor Installed data center equipment and related services along with associated scope negotiations and commercial terms specific to project requirements.
Work with stakeholders to develop equipment budget and monthly cashflow reporting.
Manage supplier contract compliance.
Manage purchase order and change order issuance and accuracy.
Monitor supplier manufacturing plan.
Manage equipment delivery schedules.
Responsible for project execution strategy and alignment with cross functional partners and internal customers.
Supply plan review and coordination with stakeholders, suppliers and General Contractors.
Proactively track and ensure alignment between capacity plan priorities and supplier deliveries.
Drive the supplier schedule to meet the overall construction schedule requirements and priorities.
Conduct supply chain risk assessment for lead-time, flexibility and cost to meet schedule and implement supplier flexibility strategies as necessary.
Track, measure, report and action supplier and General Contractor operational performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of supply chain or construction sourcing experience
Experience with the commercial management of contractors and/or manufacturers
5+ years of experience in supply chain
Experience with large scale construction/retrofit project management or supply chain management of mission critical equipment
Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance processes
Data center design and construction experience
