Effectively manage a set of support queues by responding and resolving incoming reports and escalations of alleged legal rights infringement with high quality, speed and empathy
Become an expert in operational workflows in order to effectively advocate for operational excellence (e.g.: policy creation and enforcement, process optimization, measurement and reporting)
Identify trends and opportunities to develop strategies and implement data driven solutions to improve tools, systems and policies
Plan and execute team-wide projects to further our mission and improve user experience while liaising with cross-functional partners to move these initiatives forward
Work closely with our Legal team and represent IP Operations to product, sales and engineering as well as other Community Operations teams
Develop skills in a number of different areas of the business including data analysis, tool development (ex: SQL, dashboards, Excel) and subject matter expertise in intellectual property policies
2+ years of work experience in end-to-end project management, product, business strategy, and/or operations
1+ years of experience in customer support or support operations
Knowledge of the intersection of legal guidance, policy on the Internet
Legal or Intellectual Property experience
