Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, Commerce Responsibilities:
Own development, organization and execution of large, complex programs from inception to operational execution and effectively develop and communicate program statuses.
Develop and operate complex projects with little to no oversight.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners on both the product and business sides of Commerce to operationalize initiative goals, maintain accurate priorities, and hold self and teams accountable for execution.
Effectively and simply communicate complex concepts to leadership.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while delivering high-quality work on time and with an attention to detail.
Manage, frame and simplify complex business problems in terms of people and process.
Manage communication within and between teams and their business leaders.
Oversee and manage ongoing operational needs of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years experience in program or project management or equivalent experience in managing large scale business operations.
Experience presenting and working effectively with all levels of management, including influencing stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
Effective communication skills, including the experience defining and simplifying complex concepts and communicating them back to stakeholders.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment, consensus building, collaboration and management skills to reach challenging goals.
B.S. in a technical, business, or marketing discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Management consulting, marketing or product experience.
Data-driven problem solver.
Adaptable and resilient when faced with conflicting priorities.
Multi-tasking experience to get things done in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Experience managing shifting priorities while maintaining organization and control.
Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized and structured manner.
