Strengthen the overall Travel, Expense, and Card (TEC) program by supporting operations for Travel processes, policies and systems
Act as a conduit between travel vendors (CWT), Concur, internal Enterprise Product team and TEC peers to triage, manage and solve issues
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Global Security, Global Mobility, Tax, Legal, Accounting, etc.) to ensure operational alignment on related policies and processes
Manage & continuously improve employee experience when interacting with agent teams and travel tools through help desks, Workplace, QA metrics, and surveys
Identify and implement travel process improvements to be delivered by Meta’s business process outsourcers
Lead and execute project specific communications to TEC peers, department (Source-to-Pay) leadership and travel focused Workplace groups
Facilitate the research and analysis of audit issues raised by external and internal audit
Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned relating to TEC
BA/BS
Knowledge of travel industry acumen and technology
Experience identifying travel operations process opportunities along with implementing improvements
Interpersonal experience, with a track record of working with business stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with analysis and problem solving
Change management and communication experience
Analytical experience, including Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, ThoughtSpot
4+ years of Travel Operations or Travel Management Consulting experience
Experience with global management of TMC, card programs and/or expenses programs
Advanced knowledge in BI/Data analysis systems such as SQL or VBA
