Plan and coordinate resourcing end-to-end, i.e. from strategy and ideation through execution and beyond
Manage vendor operations, including contracts, invoices & resourcing
Create and maintain schedules for multiple project initiatives in conjunction with cross-functional teams
Work closely with engineering, product, brand, and events partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate critical cross-functional work and convergence dates
Track and communicate key performance indicators
Communicate key developments, updates, and problems to leads and cross-functional teams
Manage communication on recruiting process best practices from a website perspective, partnering with project management and Recruiting Products teams
Partner with Requisition Management Program Manager to align on process, goals, & connect brand partners as needed
Manage incoming feature requests and bugs from internal business stakeholders
Responsible for prioritization of website troubleshooting and system QA, working closely with design & engineering to validate new features and bug fixes
Experience owning program, product, platform, and project plans
Experience working on website development and design projects, partnering with designers, engineers, content strategists, and managing stakeholders
Familiarity with the creative process and an understanding of branding and user centered digital design
Experience working in content management systems, with experience editing website content
Experience with the common challenges in cross-functional working groups, including balancing competing demands and priorities
Demonstrated experience managing trade-offs given specific constraints
8+ years of experience in program management of public-facing websites driving business impact, with a focus on marketing websites
Skilled at multitasking, facilitation, process, empathy, and prioritization
Knowledge of web technology fundamentals
Experience making reasoned decisions with imperfect or ambiguous information
Self-motivation with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
