Facebook’s Enterprise Product team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications. We are currently looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking specialist with a strong ability to design and execute products that power the enterprise. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in reimagining productivity by shipping transformative products that serve diverse aspects of the enterprise.
Supporting, providing subject matter expertise, and configuring Oracle Fusion Accounts Payables and Payments Applications
Triage and disposition production support tickets effectively, accurately and efficiently
Responsible for application support and configuration of Procure-to-Pay Applications (Specifically Payables and Payments)
Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience
Understand Fusion Payable and Payment data model, write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs
Create process extensions in Fusion to support business needs
Participate in source control and code review process
Provide expertise from a process perspective
Communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making within the team
Track key application metrics, drives insights and builds dashboards to measure results against goals
Identify risks within the business function, Deliver clear documentation, and work directly with vendor support for escalations
Analyze issues of moderate complexity
addressing configuration, implementation, and function or process fails
Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise engineering organization
Lead/Support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-outs
Mentored team members and other subject matter experts in AP space to achieve a common goal
Bachelors Degree
10+ years of experience in building Financial/Procure-to-Pay products (i.e. Accounts Payables, Payments, Procurement & Financials)
7+ years of experience configuring and developing process extensions in Procure-to-Pay/Financial applications
4+ years of experience working on data models with hands-on SQL experience to write queries and perform data analysis
1+ years of experience designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups
10+ years experience mentoring a team of consultants or architects or leads
Experience with end-to-end automation of AP process in high scale environments
3+ years experience leading AP teams in complex, high volume environments
Experience leading operational reviews of system level issues
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Financials or related field
Experience understanding business logic
Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques
Experience implementing Oracle or other Financials, Payables and Payment systems is preferred
