Guide business users on Transportation & Logistics systems functionality and usage
Draw up Roadmap for systems implementations to improve business operations and reduce cost
Design and document techno-functional details and manage implementation of systems to support current and future business processes
Support the expanding network of operations into the TMS system. Develop and integrate supply chain systems to logistics and TMS systems to maximize the impact of implemented TMS systems
7+ years of experience in building and implementing supply chain & logistics systems
Experience implementing Transportation Management System (TMS)
An understanding of transportation execution including tendering processes, carrier management and performance reviews, service level evaluations and exception management
Understanding of industry leading transportation management solution capabilities, such as E2Open, Oracle or other leading TMS, with responsibility to own delivery measurable results in consulting environments, experience in configuring the system
5+ years of experience configuring and developing process extensions in E2Open, Oracle (OTM) or similar Transportation Management systems
4+ years of experience working on data models with hands on experience to write queries and perform data analysis
Understand third party Applications and integration patterns necessary for TMS
5+ years of experience designing applications and creating examples through wireframes and mockups
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Supply Chain or related field
Experience in understanding code bases, including API design techniques
Experience implementing Oracle, E2Open or other leading supply chain systems is preferred
Analytical and quantitative skills with the experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Experience clearly communicating data insights to others
