The Global Partner Operations team is a key part of Global Operations and comprises of Vendor Operations Management, Strategy & Planning Programs, and Change Delivery. These teams partner closely together to enable the most impactful support for the community through management of our outsourced and contractor operations.
The Change Delivery Project Manager will help to identify key business challenges, articulate and document requirements, provide thought leadership to design new solutions and work closely with a variety of technical and business partners to implement complex projects. The ideal candidate will have creative problem-solving skills and an ability to drive any necessary trade-off decisions, while advocating for the needs of our Vendor Partners.
Project manage multiple small to medium scale projects from scoping through to implementation and roll out.
Advocate for our Vendor Partners with internal teams (such as Process, Policy, Quality, Training and Engineering) to enable vendor operations that help improve our community experience and support.
Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations, and proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects.
Translate business requirements into implementation plans, furthering our mission of protecting and supporting our Facebook community.
Partner with a variety of operations team to identify the highest impact opportunities such as tooling or operational gaps, and manage initiatives to build new solutions or transform existing processes.
Play an active role by contributing to improving policies, product, process and support system solutions.
Minimum 10% international travel.
2+ years of Project Management experience, with knowledge in process management
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently through to implementation in an operational environment
Experience working with internal/external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
Experience communicating to a variety of audiences
Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience
Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean
