Facebook is seeking a proactive and hands-on hardware focused Channel Operations Coordinator to support our Distribution Partners responsible for reselling to Business-to-Business (B2B) Partners (Retail, Enterprise, Carriers). The Coordinator will report into the regional Channel Operations Manager. The Coordinator will support the order to cash, Collaboration Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) analysis, reporting, and other initiatives or project assignments as needed/required. The candidate should be familiar with basic supply chain concepts, such as; inventory, supply, allocations, order managements, sales forecasting and fulfillment processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support an exciting array of consumer electronics products focused on VR and social presence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with partner onboarding including sku setup and administrative details to meet targets and ensure all systems are updated with accurate information for transacting business.
- Ensure timely and accurate purchase order entry into the system and resolve any order processing delays.
- Prepare CPFR files and gather data to help collaborate on a biweekly basis with key Retail Partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate allocation and CPFR sell-in plans in the tools as applicable.
- Update dashboards and weekly reports with Retail data on hand inventory, sell through, in-stock % and retail KPIs for leadership.
- Prepare order status, ETAs and tracking information to Partners and internal teams.
- Monitor Distribution Partners, tier 2 Retailers and internal DC inventory health.
- Sense and respond to sell-in, sell-out, and sell through to ensure optimal supply availability throughout the channel.
- Accountability for oversight of RMA processing by RMA coordinator and confirm validity of returned goods with 3rd party fulfillment partner.
- Work with 3rd party fulfillment providers to assist in resolving operational process or transactional issues as required.
- Actively manage regularly scheduled meetings with Sales, Partners, and other internal teams as required.
- Liaise with Finance on order approvals, customer deductions, stock rotations, returns, and delivery confirmations.
- Provide project support and assistance as assigned or required.
- This is both an internal and external facing role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience processing sales orders in an ERP system and generating and interpreting information in reports.
- Proficient written and verbal communications in English.
- Retail, Enterprise experience desired.
- Proficient in MS excel/ Google Gsheets.
- Experience working with cross functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize requests.
- Able to adapt to new internal tools and processes quickly.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills to fulfill daily, weekly, monthly deliverables.
- Genuine care and concern for meeting others’ needs and delivering against objectives and timelines.
- B.S. Degree in Business or related field.
