The Oculus Store Operations team works closely with VR developers to drive successful launches and ultimately connect them with Oculus consumers who are looking for the next big thing. We are seeking individuals who are motivated to work at the forefront of digital content distribution to help scale our app review operations.With the success of the Oculus Quest platform, the team is growing and has opened up a new role to manage the vendor and supplier relationships in the global Oculus content review ecosystem, leveraging and working with our partners and vendors around the world. You’ll serve as an expert on globally delivered, scaled operations with a high degree of quality, efficiency, and collaboration with colleagues across the organization to ensure that our policies and standards are being met consistently to deliver the best VR content.In this position, the Content Review Vendor Operations Specialist will interface with internal teams such as Content, Policy, Legal, Communications, Marketing, and Engineering, as well as with external vendors. A successful candidate for this role will have experience optimizing processes and scaling teams via external vendor support.
Support product documentation, organize training sessions, and design workflows that prepare vendors and internal teams to scale for new product rollouts
Be responsible for change management within existing queues
Be a subject matter expert on the workflows within your domain
Ensure vendor teams are compliant with Facebook security requirements, best practices, and KPIs
Proactively anticipate trends and development ahead of new features and propose relevant policy updates to stakeholders
Mentor members of the App Review and vendor operations teams
Act as the SME for difficult and urgent escalations
Identify process, policy, and tooling gaps and propose solutions
work with Engineering, Policy and Legal teams to implement improvements
Promote robust employee wellness practices across all delivery centers
Up to 30% travel
3+ years of meaningful experience with a proven track record of delivering scale
Communication skills with experience documenting complex issues and build consensus on a course of action
Proven experience helping app developers overcome challenges to help them succeed
BA/BS degree
