Facebook seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a team of experienced professionals in the Equity Programs team. The position will be responsible for many aspects of Facebook’s global equity programs.
Engage with external tax advisors and stock plan services vendor to set up tax withholding for new countries.
Maintain and update tax rate changes.
Perform monthly audits, roll forward reconciliation and evergreen increases.
Assist with the quarterly RSU vest process.
Engage with employees by providing timely responses to their questions via our case management system.
Assist with equity-related employee communications, including preparation and delivery of employee education sessions both virtually and in-person.
5+ years of stock administration experience.
Experience in equity administration applications.
Communication experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
CEP level 1 certification.
Stock administration experience with a publicly traded global company.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience with equity taxation & compliance.
Experience with EquiView and GAin administration applications.
