Facebook is seeking to fill a full-time position of Global Process Manager within Source-to-Pay (S2P). As a key member of the Global Source-to-Pay Process Team, you will be responsible for providing project management and analysis to help drive the execution of the S2P global process transformation roadmap, general project portfolio, change management plans, and special projects. The expectations of a successful candidate are to be energetic, innovative, be able to problem solve, recommend solutions, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide good business guidance to cross functional business partners and fellow teammates, aiding in decision-making on a continuous basis.
Assist with and contribute to global continuous improvement programs for S2P including processes, systems, and data management
Drive and/assist with the S2P business process transformation roadmap and project portfolio with detailed analysis and support
Collaborate across functions and sites to harmonize requirements, assist in the implementation of solutions, and facilitate change management
Function within a global network of matrixed stakeholders, super users, and subject matter experts associated with S2P
Recommend solutions, provide analysis, and consolidate platforms to improve integration and to streamline processes in accordance with company policies and Finance objectives
Minimize the customization of solutions and advise on opportunities for standardization
Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership with focus on Product & Engineering teams
Help drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management with impacted business areas
Assist in the design and execution of testing strategies and plans
Coordinate and support special projects as needed
Demonstrate an ability to improvise and adapt quickly, while ruthlessly prioritizing
BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field
Understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process
Experience in project management or consulting
Communicator, with proven skills in consulting with internal business clients, external suppliers, and external stakeholders
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Proven attention to detail and organization skills
Experience driving change and improving the end-to-end process
Demonstrated experience with analysis and problem solving
Proven experience troubleshooting problems and develop solutions
Cross cultural and international experience
Experience on Oracle R12 Financials or Oracle Fusion, and Tableau reporting
Proven project management and process improvement skills including tools such as MS Project, Asana, OmniPlan, etc.
2+ years of Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay and contract/sourcing management experience
Demonstrated experience in contract management and contract/sourcing process improvement
Understanding of contract/sourcing lifecycle management
In-depth understanding of global Source-to-Pay processes
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities/suppliers
