Facebook’s Business Engineering and Partnerships team utilizes Facebook Business Partners, a worldwide network of thousands of partners, as well as a global team of customer-facing Facebook engineers to help businesses grow by providing the expertise, technology, and services they need to connect with their customers. We are seeking an experienced marketer who is passionate about performance marketing and driving genuine value and growth for the millions of businesses on Facebook. You will manage a team of marketers and work closely with other sales and marketing teams to activate multi-channel marketing strategies that connect businesses with the right partners and technology as well as equipping and enabling Facebook Business Partners to continue innovating and delivering value for Facebook clients.
Manage and grow a team of marketers.
Drive marketing activation and channel strategy (email, web, events, comarketing) for all BEPS initiatives to thousands of business partners and millions of businesses on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
Understand the drivers of value and growth for both partners and clients.
Oversee scaled partner programs including Facebook Business Partners, ASP, CSP, and growth/accelerator programs.
Lead creative services team executing best-in-class marketing assets.
Build measurement insights and strategies to drive continuous improvement in marketing tactics and strategy.
Manage and prioritize budget and resources.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering and partnerships organizations.
10+ years professional experience in performance marketing in digital advertising and/or technology.
3+ years of experience managing a team.
Experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to drive measurable results.
Experience in adapting outbound marketing messaging, positioning and narrative, to targeted audiences across business verticals and global markets.
Experience with B2B marketing, including partner enablement, digital channels, and events.
Demonstrated experience communicating complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply.
Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
Experience communicating to a variety of audiences across business and technology.
Cross-functional, project management, and leadership experience.
Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across all levels of an organization.
Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones and markets.
