We are seeking an Enterprise Business Architect who will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of Business architecture models. They are also required to interpret, use and apply information contained within IT architecture to inform a range of business improvement activities, particularly those involved in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of HR systems. The role of the Enterprise Business Architect is to ensure that the respective business, application, data and technology perspectives are in line with the organization’s technology and governance strategies, policies and standards.
Recommends and participates in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Business Architecture
Defines and implements the strategy for the development of business architecture work, including business capabilities mapping, capability maturity assessments, interaction, and business functional alignment to underlying applications, data, and technology/infrastructure architectures
Conducts and/or actively participates in meetings related to the designated projects, both locally and internationally
Advises and recommends enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies
Recommends and participates in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the objectives are consistent with the enterprise’s long-term business objectives
Participates in the design and implementation of IT service management standards, tools and methodologies
Identifies implementation risks and analyses potential impact on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives
8+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields: business architecture, system architecture, product development
5+ years of experience in technical leadership or leadership without authority
Track record of innovation and problem solving
Experience in system level problem solving, co-design and cross-functional collaboration
Experience working in an ambiguous environment under an execution timeline
Experience in delivering solutions and new technologies from concepts to production
Experience in Architecture Frameworks for enterprise architecture that provides an approach for designing, planning, implementing, and governing an enterprise information technology architecture
Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce and Workplace by Facebook functionality including tenant configuration, data loads, and maintenance
Familiarity with compensation, benefits, collaboration, content management, recruiting, systems and etc.
Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problem
Proven track record of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders and users
Experience with BABOK, SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies
Experience with data, integration and analytical related technologies (big data, relational data structures, industry reporting tools etc.)
Experience working directly with business leaders with experience influencing change
Experience with workshop facilitation, consensus building, and stakeholder alignment
