To do that, we’re looking for an Interview Experience Manager to manage and connect our ecosystem of talent selection stakeholders, interviewers, processes, and tools. The ideal candidate has experience working at the intersection of people, strategy, and program management. This role will be a self-starter who proactively identifies problems and opportunities, pulls together the data and people to identify causes & develop recommendations, and then designs and drives the implementation of solutions across an organization of thousands by leaning on change management and an ability to influence. The person in this role will manage across our recruiting leadership team, our research functions, and our hiring partners to streamline and enhance how we interview and hire top talent. This role sits squarely within a fast-paced, dynamic environment that continually presents opportunities to produce solutions for a wide variety of interesting and often complex challenges.
As an individual contributor, operate as an advisor developing strong relationships with cross-functional partners and leaders, valued for the ability to synthesize information, facilitate decision-making, and spot dependencies/connections across a complex ecosystem
Manage complex projects through roadmap structure, work plan development, project management, progress tracking, risk escalation, identification of dependencies, stakeholder management, preparation for implementation, and communication
Utilize issue-based problem solving techniques and rapid synthesis of information to identity root cause problems, pull together pertinent facts/data, structure decisions/options, recommend a path forward and articulate trade-offs in a clear and concise manner
Support change management activities by developing and documenting a clear understanding of the changes, their impact by audience and mechanisms to manage those changes
Create content for leaders and facilitate working sessions and support steering committee meetings
Leverage data and storytelling to support decision-making and enable broad-reaching change
Communicate effectively with a broad set of stakeholders at all levels across a number of teams including Recruiting, Product (internal tools), Analytics, Communications and, ultimately, hiring managers and business leaders
5+ years of experience in consulting, recruiting project management, recruiting operations, or a related field
Experience collaborating in adaptable and flexible ways in highly dynamic environments and high-growth businesses. Experience rapidly re-prioritizing and pivoting as needed
Basic use issue-based problem solving, root cause analysis, and other similar techniques to support problem definition and design of program architecture
Project and change management experience with knowledge for detailed, operational work including creating detailed documentation and notes, actively managing follow-ups, creating project plans, and organizing artifacts
Communicator and facilitator with experience to bringing alignment across teams with competing priorities
Experience with change management design and execution as a project manager
Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification
Experience in organizational transformation, human resources/human capital consulting, and/or people practice development
Experience in high-growth companies
Experience designing and leading complex recruiting/talent acquisition initiatives
Familiarity with topics like recruiting strategy, service delivery, and people practice development
