Facebook is seeking an Interview Experience Programs Manager to support Interviewer Training Programs across Specialized Tech. This individual will play an integral role, managing key programs to support the operational health of Facebook’s Interview Ecosystem.
Develop Interviewer Training strategies at scale across our US Specialized Tech Recruiting team
Build effective partnerships with the client groups and recruiting leadership to support current and future requirements
Regular data and metrics reporting on interviewing activity to inform the Recruiting Strategy
Support the Specialized Tech Recruiting Team with the objective of efficiently and successfully maintaining our Interview Training Programs
Act as a representative of Facebook and our Recruiting team
2+ years of experience in coordinating projects within recruiting or an equivalent organization
Experience in developing and improving processes
Experience in influencing and communicating cross-functionally and regionally
Experience in prioritizing and managing workload
