Facebook’s Enterprise Operations Supply Chain team is responsible for fulfilling all internal end users’ IT needs. The Supply Chain Planning team owns the demand forecasting and supply planning of IT hardware to meet employee needs. We build integrated, scalable, and robust processes/systems to deliver the best service levels to our employees and continue scaling for the future. We are currently looking for a Manager of Enterprise Operations Supply Chain to manage existing teams and lead the team to continue growing our current processes and seamlessly onboard new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong domain knowledge in demand forecasting, supply planning, planning systems, scalable organizational leadership capabilities, as well as demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with external and internal partners and influencing key stakeholders.
Define and execute the strategic supply and demand planning roadmap to achieve high-level organizational goals.
Lead a team of high-performing Supply Chain Analysts implementing robust processes and systems to help scale the Supply Chain team.
Develop strong partnerships with Facebook vendors to create operational processes and best practices that drive operational efficiencies for customer success and organization growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to shape and define management operational priorities and execution plans based on the business priorities.
Initiate and manage innovation to improve demand forecast accuracy and supply planning processes.
Partner with Sourcing to develop negotiation strategies to bring cost savings to the organization.
5+ years of experience as a people manager.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management with focus on demand and supply planning.
2+ years of experience working with planning systems.
Experience in thinking strategically and acting as operational leader with experience managing risk and changing priorities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.
