Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to collaborate and drive space and lab needs at our product and research campus.
Collaborate with Research and HW Leads, Space Planning, EH&S, the Operations Lab design team, and build a comprehensive framework and track progress.
Conduct gap analysis on all projects and take accepted remediating recommendations to fruition.
Establish & drive team dashboard for management and user interface.
Run a regular cross functional meeting between stakeholders to evaluate and implement new space programs.
Manage and run team meetings, with diligent follow-up to provide a comprehensive set of live data at all times.
Lead team documentation needs and publish processes.
Understand the Facebook Reality Labs culture and values and how it translates into the workplace and built environments.
Document the status of the project, all meetings and correspondence as a means to properly communicate within the project team and develop the project documents.
Work with internal partners to coordinate Facebook direct scopes.
Build project processes, procedures and standards for all aspects of project delivery.
BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Architecture or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience working on multiple construction projects simultaneously.
5+ years experience in all aspects of project delivery.
5+ years experience building relationships in all levels of the company.
Organizational experience in a research setting.
Experience working in a growth company.
Experience with technical labs construction or research facilities.
