Facebook is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and articulate world-class change management professional to join the HR Strategy and Planning team within the HR People Operations organization.The Change Management Team is responsible for ensuring that the people impacted by a change are successful with changes such as business transformation initiatives, People@ process improvements, new tools, system implementations, and other initiatives that impact the people side of change. The People Change Excellence Specialist will report to the Change Excellence Lead and will be responsible for supporting the design, development and delivery of change management plans including stakeholder assessments, communications plans, resistance management plans and training strategies. In addition to supporting the design and delivery of an end-to-end Change Management plan, the People Change Excellence Specialist will also be responsible for supporting Change Management training to teams across People@ and building out change tools, templates and thought leadership.
Conducts assessments to measure impact of change on people, programs, processes and technology
Assess, develop and make recommendations to project teams in relation to change readiness
Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies
Lead the creation of actionable deliverables: e.g., communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
Manage day-to-day operations of change projects to ensure on schedule, on budget, and in-scope delivery
Support key stakeholders in change management strategies and activities
Identifies obstacles to change and recommends corrective action
Partners with key stakeholders to plan, prepare, and develop key messages and communication materials
Defines, measures, and monitors success metrics for change progress
Champions a change framework and drives continuous improvement activities to enhance internal change capabilities
Ensure a broader viewpoint is held throughout People@, understanding other initiatives that are running parallel and ensuring proper overlap and communication between projects
3+ years of experience leading change and communication initiatives
Experience with the Prosci ADKAR® Model or a similar framework
Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity
Experience managing large scale enterprise-level change initiatives, including creating an awareness campaign, delivering training, proactively managing resistance and developing a coaching plan for leaders/managers
Experience delivering customer service to project stakeholders
Proven communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts or communication
Consulting experience preferred
Experience thinking strategically and act operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Experience working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership
Experience in change analytics using excel, tableau or another reporting tool
