Sound+Design is looking for an experienced Producer for the Creative Operations group. Candidates should have experience in data management and design pipeline/process development. A background in audio production is preferred, and an enthusiasm for innovative organization is a must!
Serve as a resource for data management strategies, timelines, standards, and processes
Collaborate with managers, audio producers, and sound designers to standardize and systematize dashboards and metrics
Develop innovative solutions to complex operational problems
Support team leads in making data-driven decisions for resource and capacity planning
Establish and maintain technical best practices
5+ years of professional experience in data system management and experience directly using data management tools such as presto, SQL Server Management
Proficient in project management software such as Jira or Asana
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools
Experience with programming languages like SQL for database manipulation
Experience using and applying analytical software, database management system software, database reporting software, and/or database user interface and query software
Experience taking initiative with problem solving skills
Attention to details and organizational skills
Self-starter mentality with experience working independently
