Shape and execute marketing initiatives that help deliver relevance and value to groups with a pulse on emerging trends, including younger audiences.
Assist in the development of core product positioning and messaging for products (mobile apps, web) and features (posts, video and sharing), considering value proposition, audience needs, market landscape, and other factors.
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights from research and analysis to inform go-to-market plans.
Manage product launch go-to-market risk evaluation and mitigation process across policy, privacy, legal, product and PR.
Support and execute go-to-market plans, collaborating closely with product, partnerships, PR, and other cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
Understand the nuances and requirements surrounding user privacy & safety, working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure people, parents, policy-makers and creators who use our products feel safe and in control of their privacy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and create integrated marketing moments.
Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving problems.
5+ years of consumer marketing experience, including managing creative and/or media agencies.
3+ years experience working in digital media or technology.
Analytical and problem-solving experience.
Experience communicating to internal teams, as well as for consumer-facing audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or relevant field.
Experience in trends, pop culture and working with influencers.
Experience marketing apps for families and younger audiences.
Effectiveness in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup environment.
