As a Recruiting Lead, you will work closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, business leaders and cross-functional partners to support hiring in our Product pillars which includes but are not limited to: Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Design and UX Research. You will develop, drive, and execute on the recruiting strategies for our largest demand in Product Pillar hiring. You will lead an organization of staffing professionals. The successful leader will have built and developed diverse recruiting and sourcing teams at scale and across complex, dynamic businesses in a decentralized environment. Define, design and implement scalable recruiting strategies for the Product Recruiting organizations across North America and in close partnership with international regions with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations
Mentor and grow geographically dispersed recruiters to build inclusion across diverse teams and build a cohesive culture across the group
Coordinate workforce planning and develop plans for operational support and delivery
Drive accountability to deliver against global organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams while increasing efficiency and productivity
Utilize data to influence the overall recruiting strategy to increase effectiveness of various programs and initiatives
Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction
5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Experience using data to drive business decisions
Experience driving recruiting strategies
