The Remote Work Specialist will join the People Operations team in providing program management services and quality support to employees and key stakeholders. This individual in this role will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize is a must. This person in this role will partner closely with our Remote Work, People Engineering and Tools, HR Technology and HRBP teams. The ideal candidate will exhibit an ability to maintain confidentiality and have strong collaboration skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence experience design, operations, and culture
Facilitate and drive meetings with internal stakeholders to influence outcomes and align on direction
Manage day-to-day support for Remote Work programs including attending program meetings as Ops subject matter expert, core processing, content management, escalations, and Employee Experience
Act as liaison between program team, engineering and other internal partners
Represent internal movement operations team as a subject matter expert in Remote Work program initiatives
Manage and escalate system and processing issues and liaise with internal business partners on resolution as needed
Ability to build relationships and influence others while working cross-functionally
Escalate complex issues and cases appropriately for guidance by using sound judgment
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, program management or process improvement
Experience with change management and transformation
Experience communicating complex information to a global, diverse audience at multiple levels of an organization
Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization
Attention to detail and accuracy and experience maintaining confidentiality
Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine the appropriate action
Analytical and problem-solving experience
Project management and process improvement experience
Experience working independently with minimum supervision and leading projects simultaneously
