Facebook’s Rotational Product Manager (RPM) opportunity is a developmental, full-time role that aims to give people the skills and competencies needed to become a successful PM at Facebook. Individuals with experiences in non-technical industries are highly encouraged to apply: we are looking for future product leaders who bring a diversity of thoughts, skills, perspectives, and experiences to the Product Management (PM) function so we can continue building global products for billions of users.As an RPM, you will channel your passion for building, scrappiness, and creative problem-solving skills. During 3, 6-month rotations across 3 different product groups, you will drive product development with a team of engineers and designers. You’ll integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction. You’ll also define and analyze metrics that ensure the success of products. At the conclusion of your third rotation, you will become a full-time, non-rotating PM for one of Facebook’s products.
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Bachelor or Master’s Degree
