As part of Facebook’s Source-to-Pay organization within Finance, the Global Outsourcing team is responsible for end-to-end Business Process Services’ sourcing, market and spend analysis, contract negotiations, professional services and purchases. The Vendor Program Manager will work closely with business teams across Facebook and its affiliates to develop and execute our externalization strategy for sourcing, contracting and purchasing to drive business objectives.Our growing team is searching for a Vendor Program Manager with a track record of building high performing outsourced operations teams that deliver transformational impact on service excellence, client experience and efficiency in both small and large-scale operations environments across multiple sites/vendors. You will help scale processes in our operations to ensure we are responding rapidly to new strategic initiatives. You are a pro at driving alignment and advocating for infrastructure investments at a cross-functional level, which will help mature the support infrastructure we provide to our vendors to help make their frontline staff successful. You will partner across a wide set of functions to transform our operations to best-in-class service.
Service delivery management across multiple sites/vendors and workflows, supporting a broad range of services for internal clients and suppliers inside Facebook’s Source-to-Pay organization
Contributing to surfacing areas of opportunity with cross-functional partners in Facebook and vendor partners to help transform Facebook’s operations and maximize impact of our vendor workforce
Define and implement strategies to maximize impact and efficiency of our vendor workforce while delivering internal and external client experience
Communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences and stakeholders
Role may require 15% travel
Work on key improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
7+ years experience in Vendor Management, Operations roles in business process outsourcing domains such as finance shared services, customer service, compliance, or risk
BS/BA degree
Experience working/building relationships with cross-functional teams with ease, delivering impact consistently through seamless communication, influencing partners towards achieving goals
Experience to remain calm and effective under pressure and coach teams to effectively navigate and communicate in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Outsourcing Industry and related Technology domain expertise
Experience automating processes
