5 years of experience in electrical engineering system design, analysis, or validation.

Experience with automation (e.g., Python, National Instruments).
Experience in RF, SI/PI, Analog, Sensors, Battery, Display, and Audio.
Experience in extracting, interpreting, and presenting data to stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize work and represent tradeoffs to inform decision-making.

As a Hardware Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading test planning and execution across multiple concurrent Fitbit device programs. You will plan and execute hardware testing, coordinate with manufacturing test, firmware, project managers, and device team leads to identify issues and inform program decision-making in time for program milestones.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$262,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of test engineers while defining strategy for hardware validation test at Fitbit.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with adjacent teams (e.g., central test automation, manufacturing test, and internal tools software) to achieve goals.
Elevate the visibility of the engineering test discipline through data visualization and reporting to represent status across Fitbit’s device portfolio.
Unify our approach to testing and set expectations for test coverage across different program execution teams and subject-matter expert teams.
