Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of sales experience in the telecom industry.
- Experience working in an Internet Service Provider industry focused company, promoting to Multi Dwelling Unit businesses.
Preferred qualifications:
- CRM database experience.
- Experience with cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow-ups, and networking.
- Experience working with property management.
- Ability to climb ladders, work flexible schedules, and have a valid drivers license with regular access to a vehicle.
- Ability to deliver results while working collaboratively with other teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Promote Webpass to new residential properties and commercial customers and manage B2B and Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) relationships with current and future property partners such as property developers, property managers, HOAs, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a healthy funnel built upon a variety of activities such as cold calling, prospecting, mailers, follow-ups, and networking.
- Attend site surveys with the Construction Manager and climb rooftops and ladders.
- Work with teams to improve the customer experience and cultivate results across key company priorities, like achieving monthly goals, driving for customer growth, and hosting events and attending HOA or property meetings.
- Canvas territory in the field using a personal vehicle.
