Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations, program management, or project management.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment and managing initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with sales operations across multiple channels (call center, acquisition teams, retail, etc.).
- Experience with new product introduction and leading program rollouts.
- Experience partnering on cross-functional projects or teams.
- Knowledge of the Google Fiber product area and/or the ISP/Cable business.
- Ability to have a customer-minded approach to solving problems and supporting solutions.
- Excellent written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels.
About the job
With the Google Access team, you’ll work on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with cross-functional team members to refine and evolve our projects, as well as deploy new technologies to markets and communities around the globe. You like being on-the-ground, executing complex projects that bring internet access to people.
As a Program Manager on the Channel Enablement team, you will be responsible for project managing and executing Google Fiber programs that drive growth and service for our business. You will partner closely with channel owners (retail, call center, door to door, online, marketing, brand, and multifamily) to identify business challenges and bring skillful project management to our projects and programs. You will manage diverse and complex projects, and partner across the Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, Learning and Development, Communications, and other teams across Google Fiber to launch successful programs.

Responsibilities
- Create project plans (e.g., scope, schedule, budget) and manage project execution.
- Work with project stakeholders, including channel owners and cross-functional teams, to gain team-wide acceptance; manage all project’s deliverables and timelines.
- Own project communications (e.g., regular status updates, major milestones, blockers and dependencies) to both project working groups and providing timely updates to management while anticipating and solving/escalating project roadblocks to ensure on-time and in-scope project completion.
- Partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing leaders to identify business challenges and projects.
- Act as Sales, Service, and Marketing point-of-contact for projects.
