Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Vlocity Platform Developer Certification.
5 years of experience in configuring Salesforce/Vlocity Product Catalog and Order management, orchestration and decomposition of orders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting complex Product Catalog, Order Management/Orchestration Flows.
Experience as a Vlocity Certified Administrator.
Experience as a Vlocity Certified Platform Consultant.
Experience integrating Salesforce/Vlocity to third party subscription billing platforms (i.e. Zuora).
Direct experience using Developer Operations continuous integration, and a solid understanding of working in Scrum teams following Agile methodology.
Knowledge of best practices required to build, unit test, and configuration management

As an Application Engineer, you will work on projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to build and enhance software and systems that are key to Google Fiber’s growth, success, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Design and implement commercial product catalog, pricing, technical products, and order orchestration flows in Vlocity.
Design and implement product eligibility rules.
Write and review technical documents and participate in code reviews.
Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to work through their needs, balancing technical and business priorities to accomplish shared goals, and build relationships with peers and stakeholders.
Leverage your troubleshooting skills and experience to dive deep to resolve issues and bugs.
