Experience in a leading telecom/technology/infrastructure company.
Experience engaging with contracts/legal documents and an ability to work with attorneys to structure agreements.
Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) to execute on initiatives and improve processes.
Ability to influence all levels of management, cross-functionally and externally.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities
Arrange partnership agreements with municipal and infrastructure partners, including non-standard and first-of-a-kind agreements to drive Google Fiber’s continued growth and expansion.
Support partnership execution, build external relationships, lead meetings with partners, and manage overall business flow and partner closely with cross-functional partners to spot and address opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Administer the contractual elements of partnerships through term sheets, new agreements, amendments, and extensions, etc.
Manage existing partner relationships, commitments, and contracts.
Research and develop partnership strategies for presentation to Google Fiber leadership.
