Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a consulting or vendor strategy and management role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consulting with extended workforce and vendor management.
- Ability to build effective, productive relationships across the business and work with accountability and integrity.
- Ability to effectively engage with leadership, facilitate discussions about complex topics, influence, and reach agreement.
- Ability to manage large, complex programs and drive change.
- Ability to process high-volume data to drive business strategies and decisions, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a global team, with leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
About the job
As an Advisory Product Area Business Partner, you will work with Google’s Product Areas and Vendor Management Organizations to support the development and implementation of robust extended workforce strategies and help teams grow their operations. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that Google is using the right type of labor and engaging with that labor in the most effective way.
Responsibilities
- Work with Extended Workforce Business Partners to define a global extended workforce plan and strategy.
- Provide business units with data and insights on their use of extended labor.
- Advise businesses on different labor models, providing the right type of labor, best location, and appropriate engagement model to meet their needs.
- Support Extended Workforce Business Partners and influence product areas in rolling out shared services, as well as the Vendor Management Organizations.
- Represent Google’s values and culture across all business areas and promote a positive work environment.
