Global Creative Works (GCW) develops and amplifies Google’s advertising creative effectiveness guidance across the range of ad formats on Google platforms such as YouTube, Display and Apps. Our mission is to drive transformational change amongst GBO’s advertising clients and client partners by helping shape stronger ad creative development.
We are a multidisciplinary team of specialists, ranging from Creative Directors to Marketing Data Scientists, that collaborates closely. We partner with many and various stakeholders (eg, Product, Marketing, Data Analysis Teams) to ensure we deliver salient and data-backed creative effectiveness guidance and client services. GCW’s Creative Science team is a community of data scientists and technical analysts that sits across the GCW team. The Creative Science team is the data firepower and backbone of GCW and enables the development of GCW’s marketing creative effectiveness guidance and enablement of client services.
