Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of analytical work experience in product, manufacturing, logistics, or in a business operations analytics environment.
- Experience with analyzing data, database query (e.g. SQL), and creating dashboards/reports (Tableau/Looker) and ETL Experience (Python, Informatica, Airflow, etc.).
- People management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree with a quantitative focus.
- Ability to develop and analyze large, complex data sets and convert them into insights that drive business decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis.
- Organizational and project management skills.

In this role, you will provide data and insights to the Hardware Planning and Logistics Team.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of analysts that are aligned to a Hardware Planning and Fulfillment program. Coach each team member to become an expert in the key metrics of their business.
- Apply an analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new ways to innovate with data.
- Operate a robust, reliable and accurate data infrastructure, working closely with data engineering teams and partners to continuously drive process improvements across various cross-functional partners and internal process improvements.
- Build relationships with Google’s senior leaders to understand their needs and articulate a vision that is compelling and exciting. Focus on delivering business value via data.
- Own and maintain key strategic KPI reporting and drive consistency and self service analytics framework.
