The Google Research Artificial Intelligence (AI) Legal team is looking for an adept commercial counsel with experience dealing with a variety of different agreement types, particularly with academic and government institutions. You will be a commercial counsel working with our Research Business Development and Product teams, supporting the research and development of cutting edge technology primarily in the artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) fields. You will work closely with other lawyers, engineers, and product folks dedicated to the same task. You have judgment on privacy, security, regulatory and commercial matters, while also utilizing your experience in enterprise technology transactions in these areas.
