As part of the Cloud Support Data and Analytics in this rapidly growing business, you’ll play a key role in using data and machine intelligence to optimize the Cloud Support experience for Google customers. We work collaboratively with Cloud Support teams to create analytics solutions which enable data-driven decision making and help deliver an effortless customer experience. You’ll work on a variety of exciting stakeholder projects with opportunities to manage problems which require innovative solutions and data products.
You’ll bring together different data sets from across Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace, model data to unlock actionable insights, and help stakeholders formulate and answer the right business questions. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders from technical solutions engineering, product programs, vendor operations, support operations and support experience teams.
