This high visibility will build and develop the REWS relationship for some of Google’s most exciting areas and bespoke workplace services initiatives. As a Business Partner manager you’ll be guiding an incredible team of Business Partners who bridge REWS and Product Area executive management. Your leadership skills will be essential to engage and collaborate across Google, enabling the implementation and execution of REWS services and experiences. You will be expected to synthesize and develop a comprehensive REWS strategy across the internal REWS teams, while simultaneously working extensively with external business areas, including culture, finance, services, and physical space – ensuring alignment in our core REWS delivery and messaging. This role requires you to enable effective decision making where trade-offs are needed, and to keep information circulating so that REWS can evolve business needs and enable our Product Areas to thrive.
