We are the Central Strategy and Operations team for Devices and Services. Our mission is to inform better decision-making in Devices and Services with data-driven insights, tools, and processes. We work in two ways: first, by focusing on the portfolio of businesses and advising on specific timely questions (such as go to market and product development); and second, by running some operational processes and tools for Devices and Services, including goal setting and headcount planning. Our work enables Devices and Services Googlers to make radically better products to bring the best of Google to everyone.
In this role, you will work to help the Devices and Services leadership team solve tough challenges. As a Business Strategy Lead, you will lead with data and insights, and create frameworks to solve business issues that span many teams. Additionally, you partner with Devices and Services business units (Pixel, Nest, Fitbit) and functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing) as well as cross-functional teams such as Business Operations to advance cross-functional initiatives.
