As part of the team, you’ll have the ability to influence, drive and work with the latest cellular modems (e.g., 5G) for Pixel phones. You’ll also have the opportunity to propose new functionalities and/or improve the current algorithms in order to achieve high end power and performance. In the process, you’ll learn and work across the several OSI layers starting from physical layer up to application layer (i.e., Android).
Cellular power consumption is one of the key items for improving Pixel overall battery life and your impact will directly translate to increased user satisfaction.
